To get an application mailed to you, just call the provider you choose and ask them for one.

I think this is a great idea considering you can’t find a phone booth these days
I THINK IT IS AN AWESOME IDEA, I TO BELONG TO A LOW INCOME FAMILY BRACKET AND A CELL PHONE WOULD BE GOOD!
New phone and it won’t come on. charge for 8 hours.

Call your provider from another phone and tell them. It’s possible they sent you a dud. Be sure you hold down the red button to turn it on or off.

I live by myself and I am on Social Security and food stamps. i would like to have a cell phone for when I go out like to church, doctor or going grocery shopping. All of my children are grown and do not live in the District.
