What’s a Goblin? Now That’s a Goblin.

Leaving the scene or Viewing a crime without acting, are Punishable by Law.

Lets all hope that all the students who viewed the crime get reported and that the prosecutor of the case takes it to heart and throws the full weight of the law at every single one of those teenagers who stood there and did nothing.

It is appalling that in such a civilized country as ours, that we have school students out there like those. It doesn’t say much for their upbringing or their parents, because if they had been raised by anyone with even half a moral, they would have been calling for help or stepping in to help.

What a sad day it is in our society and for the rest of the good students that this incident reflects badly on. America will always have a certain percentage of trash walking around, but to think that there is already that kind of trash walking around and at that age is totally unbelievable. Those teens should have been hanging out at the local convenience store, reading the latest comic books and not raping or viewing a crime such as that.

I would like to see the juvenile records of all those involved and then forty years later view their adult criminal records. It would make a great case as to why anyone going to prison should be sterilized. Not just those who molest or commit rape.

Filth breeds filth and there is already to much of it in society as we speak.

I am not looking for Little House on the Prairie times, but people this is starting to get out of hand.

KFC is Free again. Free KFC Chicken / OCT-26-2009

It may not seem like much and it might turn out to be another thing that El Polo Loco bashes KFC for, to again try to make a better name for themselves. When KFC decided not to include the last free offer on Mothers Day, they knew the free offer would only prevent, complete customer satisfaction to the normal huge increase of people getting chicken for mom on Mothers Day, so she doesn’t have to cook. Hey, at least KFC is trying to help again. That is a Good example of Real American Spirit folks.

It was published that Monday October 26th, 2009 plan to wait in line for a while at 5000 KFC ‘s because they are going to give everyone a free piece of their Kentucky Grilled Chicken and for no cost at all. They are not giving a meal like last time, but a piece of chicken for free still isn’t bad nowadays.

So lets thank KFC for trying again to be one of the businesses out there that realizes the times we are in and isn’t afraid to try to step up and help some people out a little, while promoting their new chicken! I’d like to see El Polo Loco try that!

Now please pass me a leg and dig in!

Brown bag it right and Save Even More!

It would be great to go out for lunch every day as some people do, but when you can’t afford it you have to get by with the old brown bag.

I have realized something though, How you go about brown bagging it can save you even more money than you thought you would.

What I mean is there is an OK way that will save you a buck, but if you do it right you can save a couple more pretty easily and here is how.

We all like the little store bought items that come in the individual serving size store packages,  but have you compared the prices for those individual servings versus buying the large family size item and splitting it up yourself.

You wont believe it, but you are paying top dollar for all those neat little bags and packages of stuff, with all those brand names plastered on those serving containers. So what do you do?

Buy the bulk or family size items and then go buy some self stick food wrap, reusable plastic containers or get some of those reusable hot or cold food containers to put individual servings in. The zip closed bags are OK, but will end up costing you a bundle by the end of a year of lunches. Not really saving you much at all.

With the self stick food wraps, make sure you don’t fold it over to many times. Just use what covers the food and press it together gently if it really sticks good, and teach your child how to pull it open. Try to open it yourself after wrapping it and that will tell you weather or not your kids will be able to open it easily or not. Kids seem to have a problem with wrap, if it’s wrapped to much or to tightly.

You can even pack hot and cold in the same lunch with some of the new insulated carry lunch bags they sell. You will not only save and get more for your money, but your savings will grow much faster than buying those neat little packages.

And trust this also, the separated and home packed items will definitely be easier to open than most of those expensive single servings too!

So save a buck by brown bagging it correctly and pack the whole family to save even more!

Go Green, It’s good for the environment too!

Free Reachout Wireless Government Assisted Cell Phone, for Low Income.

October 11, 2009 44 comments

It looks like another cell phone carrier, Nexus Communications Inc., has stepped up to the plate and is offering a government assisted cell phone, completely free to those who qualify. now is another place to go besides, to get a free cell phone, charger and a free supply of minutes every month.

These phones are available to anyone who qualifies and the only catch is that no matter which one you choose to go with, you can only have one free phone per household. Even if you choose one carrier and someone else in the house qualifies and wants the other one, you are not allowed more than one free phone per household, no matter what plan you choose, so someone will have to pass.

An easy way to get around that, is to buy a minute phone (some are now as cheep as $9.95)  and split the costs with the person who has the free phone. If you use them only when needed and cut out the chatting, now two people can have reliable communication at an affordable rate, without any contracts.

To get your free phone Click on one of the following links. Then follow their instructions.  SIMPLE!

Now, here is a little stress reliever to ease your day.

Cash Versus Cans!

Cash versus Cans.

Cash and Cans are the two oldest types of food donations to date, other than a cave man asking the next door cave man family over for dinner, to feast on the 5 thousand pound dinosaur he got while out hunting for food. (Remember, they didn’t have freezers!)

When you can give to help out others, please do so especially in the rough times we are going through, because there are a lot of hard working folks just like you who were a little less fortunate and sure could use all the help we can give right now. But consider this short videos message before you do.

I’m sure that everyone who has received help would offer up a big Thank You !!!! The economy hasn’t gotten better yet, so lets keep on helping however we can.
