      Hi Sandy.
You have to contact the place that sent you the papers. On this blog we just let people know about things we hear about that could help in tough Times. Millions have gotten one, but you have to contact the company to fix your problem. Thank s Sandy, sorry we can’t do anything else. Bn.

I’d like to provide some updated info on the LifeLine phone program, as implemented by Budget Mobile. Although I’m not a Budget Mobile employee, I help them with their social media presence.

If you live in California, the LifeLine program provides a free phone as well as the free minutes and free texts Matt mentioned back in December 2014. They’ve recently added 250 Mb of free data. Info is here:

Oklahoma residents also have a rather new and attractive offering — a free smart phone, free minutes, free texts, and 500 Mb of free data. More info here:

Hi Beth, Thanks for the great info. If it only helps just one person, then we have succeeded. B.

Hi Everyone. My name is Matt and I represent another company called Budget Mobile. We also offer a free cell phone, free minutes, and free texts every month to folks who qualify. In California, that means free unlimited talk and text every month! Most other states are limited to 250 minutes and texts each month. To learn more about California LifeLine, visit this link on our website: All other states we serve are listed on the front page of our website. Just click on your state’s name for more information.

MoneysTight is not in any way connected with the companies offering the phones. We only try to get the word out to everyone when we hear of something people need to know.
To get an application mailed to you, just call the provider you choose and ask them for one.
Thanks for stopping by and hope this helps you.

If you don’t get it in two or three weeks, you should call them and ask about it.

Isn’t that a fact, besides the scrap pickers would probably streak them anyway for the metal. Lol

Call your provider from another phone and tell them. It’s possible they sent you a dud. Be sure you hold down the red button to turn it on or off.
      Hope this helps.

Here at Moneys Tight., we only pass along useful information we hear about, so that others won’t miss out. The only way for anyone to know if they qualify for the phone, is to register at the site for the phone or call them directly. They will let everyone know if they are qualified or not.
      Good luck,
